Respite Care

Respite care is temporary, short-term support provided when family/primary caregivers require relief in caring for a loved one who has a disability. This type of care can be used in case of an emergency, but is primarily used as a support system for family caregivers.


Autism Ontario

Assists all autistic individuals and families in their communities to have access to meaningful supports, information, and connections so they are equitably and seamlessly supported across their life course.


Ontario Autism Program (OAP)

The Ontario Autism Program (OAP) offers support to families of children and youth on the autism spectrum.

Children and youth who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) by a qualified professional are eligible for the program. Children receive services and supports until the age of 18.
